Summer Bash has grown to be one of Regina’s largest organizers of community celebrations. Much more than a one-day event, the Summer Bash events foster a stronger sense of community as we celebrate our diversity and build connections with our neighbours.

The motivation of Summer Bash is to provide a culturally appropriate event while providing authentic engagement with the community.  A strong family, school and community bond will be a focus through building a climate of belonging.  All of our family-friendly events focus on connecting the Regina Community.

MOVIE NIGHTS

We host a series of movies all summer long!  For Movies in the Park, seating is first come first serve and we recommend you bring along a blanket or chairs to save your spot.

Stay tuned to our website for updates on our movie line-ups.  We also offer birthday packages for a unique and special experience.

Interested in hosting a Birthday Party?  Celebrate your next one-of-a-kind birthday at the Summer Bash! Get our birthday package for either type of movie we host, and bring along your friends.  The package includes a $100 of canteen items to keep everyone satisfied.  The birthday child will also receive a happy birthday shoutout from the Summer Bash team (and we get others in the audience to participate), and a slideshow of their pictures up on the big screen before the movie!

RENTALS

We rent our event services and are booking for 2023. The screen is the largest we know of standing 30 feet high and 40 feet wide.  We can take care of all the details like booking parks, movie licenses, technology, the sound, fun pre-show activities, and so much more.  Contact us at info@summerbash.ca. or click here for details.

​We typically run 15 to 30 movie nights a year now and have booked for corporate events, client or employee appreciations, fundraisers, school celebrations, community gatherings and so much more.

We have lots planned for 2023 but a festival is not likely in the cards.  Stay tuned into our website and social media (links above).

SUMMER MARKET

Come shop and support local.  Every August we host the Summer Market at the South Leisure Centre.  2023 market will be the weekend of August 12 and 13.  Check the website for details

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

We have so many opportunities to get involved.  Join us as a volunteer, a sponsor, a supplier, an activity group, and more.  We hope you reach out and start the conversation of how we can work together to celebrate the diversity in our community!

Do you have a speeding ticket or some type of Provincial Fine to pay off?  Don’t have the cash or want to save your money? Did you know you can work off your ticket by volunteering with Summer Bash?

We are officially registered as the “Albert Park Community Association” and instead of paying for your ticket, you can register for the Fine Option Program. After registering, contact us about volunteering based on your interests (delivering flyers, helping at events, etc.) and we will track your hours, sign off and you will owe $0.00 on your ticket!
