Regina Youth NFL Flag Football League is a program designed to give Canadian youth an opportunity to play organized Flag Football within their community.  Flag Football is a non-contact league for boys and girls ages 4 (turning by the end of the year in which you are registering) through 17 (turning by the end of the year in which you are registering) providing opportunities to learn new skills.

Flag football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, receiver, centre, and defensive back. The goal of the NFL Flag League is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship while playing flag football.

Spring League runs from May to June (registration opens in January)

Fall League runs from September to October (registration opens in May)

Fall League runs from September 9th to October 1st, 2023 every Saturday & Sunday at the Regina Rugby Fields. Game times are between 8:30am – 2:30pm. Schedules vary by team.  The cost to play is $215 which covers everything and is due immediately upon registration.

Winter League runs November to December (AGES 6-9, registration opens in October)

There are also Easter and Summer development camps offered.  The purpose of the camp is to develop the fundamental skills used in the game of flag football. Passing, catching, running patterns, rushing, flagging, and defensive skills are covered.  Registration for the Easter camp opens at the same time as registration for the spring season, and it fills fast! Information on summer camp can be found on the Flag Football website.
